* Please use alarm (which is inside the lift) or call Nagesh (Watchman) on his mobile number 99640 56013, whenever you get stuck in the Lift.
* Please SWITCH OFF all your heater switches whenever the generator is ON else it may burn your PCB or spoil generator.
* Please close all water taps (especially the drinking water tap in your kitchen) whenever you go outside else your flat may get flooded with water.
* Please switch off power (especially heater switches) and close your gas cylinder knob whenever you go outside.
* Leave a duplicate key of your flat’s main door with your local (Bangalore) relative/friend so that Nagesh can get the key from them and open the main door in case of emergencies. Else we may need to break the main door lock. Please don’t forget to give their contact phone numbers to Nagesh.
* Leave your mobile contact numbers with Nagesh so that he could contact you in case of emergencies.
